These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ambemi.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Ambemi ("Ambemi," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or purchase our products.

If you choose a subscription option, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the frequency and price shown at checkout until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically. You can pause or cancel at any time by emailing service@ambemi.com at least 3 business days before your next scheduled shipment. Subscription prices may change with advance notice by email.

6. Shipping and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Both policies form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and design, belongs to Ambemi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
